I recently visited this place and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere. The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor — definitely some of the best I’ve ever had! The ingredients tasted fresh, and I loved that they offer a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the milkshakes were the perfect treat to finish off the meal. On top of the great food, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, casual vibe — perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed dinner with friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying burger experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The portion sizes are incredibly generous, and the price is absolutely worth it for the quality and quantity of food you get. You definitely won’t leave hungry! What really made the experience even better was the staff. Flor, the manager and the rest of the staff were superb—so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. It’s refreshing to see such customer-focused service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, big servings, and top-notch service! That is FATBURGER!

One of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time! We tried the crispy southern fried fillet chicken sandwich and, of course, one of the big beef burgers. The Kingburger is completely adequate for someone who is really hungry – if you order a combo of these, it comes with a looot of fries, which we loved. If I could nitpick just a tiny bit, the fries were fried unevenly, with some coming perfectly brownish and crunchy, and other slightly undercooked. But that’s nothing; the burgers were extremely juicy, the complements were amazing and I didn’t find it expensive. Staff was awesome, super patient and friendly. They were kind enough to ask us how were the burgers and if we wanted more ketchup. The place’s decoration is really cool and we would definitely visit other units in Vancouver.

We had a fantastic experience at Fatburger today! The atmosphere was great—clean, welcoming, and relaxed. What truly made our visit exceptional was the lady manager on duty. From the moment we walked in, she noticed us right away and greeted us with a warm smile, even though she was clearly busy handling other orders. Despite the rush, she took our order promptly and made sure everything was perfect. Her energy was amazing—always smiling, jolly, and genuinely friendly. She even delivered our food personally, offered free refills, and kindly helped us throw away our trash. Her level of attentiveness and care was above and beyond—absolutely the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time! Big shoutout as well to the kitchen staff—the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Everything came out hot, fresh, and just the way we ordered. It’s unfortunate we didn’t get the manager’s name, but she and the whole team deserve serious recognition. Fatburger is lucky to have such dedicated and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be coming back!

10/10 Food establishment — tita flor was such a bright hard working, welcoming person. Her customer service was absolutely exceptional, she made our stay much more enjoyable. We’ll be coming back here again. Also food was so fresh, and soso good, it came out so fast. Would definitely recommend!

I stopped here for lunch while waiting for our Tesla to charge, and it was my first time at Fat Burger. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The food quality exceeded my expectations for a typical fast-food chain. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The cleanliness of the place was also notable. If you happen to be in the area and need a quick bite, I highly recommend checking them out.
